Here is a short video my dad took, circa 1979, of me on my first bike, a Yamaha 125. I built it from 3 milk crates of parts in my parent's garage. Took me all winter, but when I was done, it ran. I raced it twice and scared myself to death. Never raced again.



Out of control wheelie. Notice the feet hanging off the footpegs in pure fear and the helmet falling off the back of my head.

Day 36

Bike hasn't run properly for 36 days...and counting.

At the dealer

The bike is now at 441 Cycle in Ft. Lauderdale. Hopefully they will find the problem in short order and I will be back on the road.

The people at 441 Cycle are great and I am confident in their skills. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
